Mark DiCecco holds a Doctorate in Architecture and has over 25 years of experience in planning and architecture with a special focus on resource efficient design.

Frank Abramoff has spent over 40 years in international marketing including key executive positions with Diner's Club and Arnold Palmer Industries.

Arlen Miller has 35 years of experience in the development industry. Arlen's emphasis has been on the development of master planned communities as well as construction. Arlen is a licensed General Contractor as well as, a licensed Broker in the State of California.  Arlen is a past President of the Building Industry Association of Southern California.

Tony Miller has 25 years of experience in the development industry. Tony's emphasis has been on construction, financing and management of both residential and commercial portfolios. Tony is a licensed General Contractor in the State of California.

Bill Coghlan has 40 years of experience in the development industry. In addition to development and construction, Bill's expertise includes finance, property management and appraisal. Bill is a past President of the Building Industry Association of Southern California.
