• Efficient Global Hom has been designed to employ very limited materials in its production, to keep costs to a minimum and attain maximum efficiency. Its' unique design allows for easy assembly, wind and seismic resistance and climate efficiency. No special skills or tools are required for assembly. The product's components are designed to fit into a standard size shipping container for ease of mobility by container ship, truck or rail, to any point in the world. 
• Responsive Global Hom is adaptable to different climatic conditions. Its lightweight design and unique connection design allow the unit to survive seismic events with minimal impact - Further, a conventionally built home presents a greater danger to its' occupants during a seismic event, from falling debris that is much heavier than the materials found in our innovative product.
• Sustainable Global Hom uses only recyclable materials in its production process. The unit's carbon footprint is estimated to be approximately 10% of the output of a conventional home of similar size.
• Customizable Global Hom has been designed to be flexible. Unlike the design and construction of conventional homes that provide specific interior room configurations, our product allows flexibility in the placement of interior walls to optimize livability.
